Food Science & Nutrition

Food Science and Nutrition is the application of science and engineering to the production, processing, distribution and evaluation of food. Food scientists work to discover new food sources, develop new methods of food processing so as to deliver necessary nutrition to the human body. The students of the department of Food Science and Nutrition will gain expertise in food and nutrition and participate in many experiments, which will enable them to apply professional knowledge as well as theoretical approach to the real world.
