- promotes the basic ideals of Beautiful Leadership. Anyang University students are guided to discover self change in order to lead more assertive lives. This is done through self-reflection and determination of life values and goals. This class is conducted through team teaching, active class discussion and group study. The instructors in this course have a role of facilitator with the students themselves creating the dynamics of the course.
- is a follow-up course of Ari 1. This advanced course enables students to define their own Beautiful Leadership image and put it into practice. This course is based on individual projects where students are expected to look deeper into themselves and create their own stories of Beautiful Leadership.
- addresses the need for students to better understand their place in the globalized world. The key question for this course is "Why think globally?". This course allows students to explore cultural diversity and look into the qualities of global leaders, corporations, universities and NGOs. At the end of the course, selected students participate in a field trip to California and have an opportunity to discuss leadership with global leaders at universities such as Stanford & UC Berkeley, as well as with leaders in business and NGOs.
- gives students the opportunity to experience the world first hand. Students select a problem issue that is currently being faced around the world. These issues can include education, the environment, social development, etc. These students then plan their own travel itinerary where they meet and interview leaders from around the world to learn how they have found solutions to the issues that they have faced.
