The aim of this center is to guide students in learning foreign languages with an emphasis on English. The center provides opportunities for learning and testing, while assisting in policy design for language learning at the university curricular level. Utilizing faculty who are native speakers as well as domestic faculty who have expertise in language teaching, the center provides invaluable support for students in their foreign language acquisition pursuits.
