The purpose of this institute is to make a study of the social sciences and to promote the development of the community and the nation. The institute consists of the following sections: Politics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Tourism Management and Contemporary Ideologies. The main tasks of the institute are as follows:

• 1) Collecting and researching of materials and literature on social sciences
• 2) Organizing and holding seminars and public lectures on the above mentioned subjects
• 3) Publishing an academic journal
• 4) Facilitating the exchange of academic information and scholars on an international level
