1. Non-Korean student of foreign nationalities or Korean overseas residents (Korean citizenship) are eligible to apply.
2. Applicants must have completed elementary, middle school, and high school education outside of Korea. Applicants still attending high school must submit an official letter from the school indicating the expected date of graduation.
3. Korean Proficiency requirements must be met for non-native Korean speaking applicants (Minimum TOPIK level 3)
